October San Luis Obispo County  Market Report

There are no significant changes to the market activity from this month to last.  While there are differences in October of this year versus October of last year, they don't signify a market trend change from previous year averages.

Days on market and months of inventory are still at all-time lows. New listings, pending sales, and closed sales remain average.  Sales prices, price per square foot, and percentage of sales price to list price are all still up.
